This is a 3-D book that comes with cool 3-D glasses included. It gives the reader a lot of different examples of different dinosaurs and the facts about these dinosaurs. The book has pages on meat eaters, herbivores, sea monsters and of course the mighty T-rex. The book even has pages on the "disappearance" of the dinosaurs and what science says happened to them.
I would rate this book three out of four stars. The content in the book is very interesting and informative. The book is well organized and even has 3-D images throughout the book. This book would be very nice for a child who likes dinosaurs and wants to learn more about specific ones. The overall difficulty of the reading in this book is advanced so I would recommend this book for older children. 3-D Thrillers Dinosaurs did a very good job at not only keeping my attention with the pictures but also teaching me some new things with the information it provided. Some images are not 3-D and the pages are not very durable or sturdy which is why I rate it three stars instead of four. As a whole I really enjoyed reading this book.

Dinosaurs as a topic is a great example of an informational text that engages many young readers. Have you ever met a child who can rattle off all the names of the dinosaurs?! It is pretty impressive. Many times they learn that from the pages of books like this one. There are many quality examples. I have to admit the 3D glasses throw me off a bit as a reader, but I am sure they would capture the attention of many children!
