I would rate this book three stars out of four. Jonathan Tweet's book is a great read for younger children who are new to evolution. The illustrations are very simple but at the same time seems to make the information that is presented more appealing. While reading the book I found myself intrigued by the way that Tweet divided and explained what came from what. I could see a young reader finding it easy to understand what evolved from what because the book is set up in steps. Overall this book is fantastic because it takes factual information and makes it fun to read and learn.
