Stay True to Your-shelf

Greg Heffley is starting his first year of middle school and is having a hard time adjusting. Greg Doodles and writes in his diary about his experiences throughout the school year. He writes about his friends, family and how he wants to be popular. Greg wants to really change how everyone views him and so he tries to do things to make everyone think he's cool. Most of the time Greg ends up embarrassing himself and only making his image worse. In the end Greg to save his best friend Rowley's reputation decides to put his own reputation on the line and ends up ruining his own. I would rate this book four out of four stars. This book was one of my favorite books growing up. The way that Kinney wrote this book makes the story so interesting. The book feels more like a movie or cartoon than a book. The characters even though they are not drawn the best (because it is supposed to be a little middle schoolers drawing) still seem super real. This book is a great way to get you...
